Where did it all start?

Baking cakes for KeepItCake was a great hobby over the years and a passion that couldn’t seem to stop growing, whilst juggling a full time job in a research career. Always keen to experiment with different flavour combinations and endlessly designing contemporary and modern cakes (mind you, I used to get caught in team meetings sketching a cake design in my notepad rather than writing down key information for my projects). It was time in April 2017 to make a tough, yet liberating decision to quit my job in the city and become a full time cake artist.

A week after the reception, I still have people messaging me saying how beautiful the cake looked. From the different shaped tiers, the birds and the beautiful beautiful display by yourself and the table display by Events By Glow. So incredibly impressed. We went for very standard flavoured sponges but each sponge was so moist given that we ate it a few days later
